SUPPORT
There are several organizations that are on the front lines of the birth and reproductive justice movement. Visit this list to get started in supporting the cause.

THE BROKEN BROWN EGG
The Broken Brown Egg is an infertility advocacy blog and source of connection for individuals seeking a personal story of infertility written from the African-American viewpoint. It was founded in 2009 and incorporated as a not-for-profit (NFP) corporation in the State of Illinois in May of 2010 and designated an official 501c3 tax exempt organization in September 2021.
Since its founding, The Egg has become a growing information and support staple in the infertility community and has received respect and camaraderie from many organizations in the fertility and reproductive health world.

BLACK MOTHERS IN POWER
Black Mothers in Power seeks to eradicate racial health disparities for Black birthing people and Black babies throughout Delaware.
Black Mothers in Power envisions a state where all Black birthing people are informed about their birthing rights, have autonomy over their reproductive decisions, and are treated equitably in the healthcare system.

NATIONAL BLACK MIDWIVES ALLIANCE
Our goal is to have a representative voice at the national level that clearly outlines the various needs of Black Midwives.
Advocacy is the cornerstone of NBMA. We support Black midwives and their allies that are taking legislative actions that address disparities in maternal health care disproportionately impacting Black birthing people.
